The hotel's location was a real highlight. It was a quick walk to both the central station and the cathedral. The staff was also helpful and very friendly.. they made things easy. I also enjoyed that our room was quite large.

The front desk lady wasn't great. She seemed a bit unprofessional. The elevators were also slow and it took some time for one to arrive. The breakfast was okay, but not as special as i expected.

the location is very convenient. it is close to the train station (a short walk). the room was quite spacious. the breakfast buffet had a nice selection (especially the fresh fruit).

the check-in process was a little slow. i waited about 15 minutes. the room decor felt a bit dated. the high-speed wifi required an extra fee.

My room had a quiet atmosphere and I found the offer of choosing a shower or bath thoughtful. There was adequate wardrobe space for all my belongings. I also appreciated the late check-out option. The staff were friendly, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay.

a mediocre experience with some issues

limited selectioncomplimentary upgrades

i found some problems . the promised complimentary upgrades were not given though i am a titanium member. breakfast was only available in the lounge, and the selection of food was severely limited. this was quite a disappointment, especially when considering what the hotel costs.
